Building Code 2218.2 for the steel connections and carbon fiber located at the above noted address.
UNITED Engineering, Inc.visited the site to review the aforementioned items for conformance with approved plans
prepared by UNITED Engineering, Inc., dated February 23,2015. Based on our site visits,we find the aforementioned
items to be in general conformance with the approved plans and offer no objections.
To the best of my knowledge,belief,and professional judgment those portions of the project outlined above meet the
intent of the referenced Florida Building Code and are in substantial compliance with the approved plans.
