ORDERING INFORMATION: 6-8 weeks out from the desired date of installation,please remit a
check for 50% of the totals below. (check made payable to Music Arts Enterprises).Upon
completion,the remaining 50% balance due will be picked up at the OTF studio by our technician.
Additionally,after you have obtained Corporate OTF's approval for your studio's floor plan,a pdf
of the studio layout,with equipment,lights,and fans;will need to be emailed to
scott(umacmusic.com so we can prepare the wiring/sound and tv placement diagram for your
general contractor and electrician.(As a part of the electrical requirements in the remainder of this
document)
INSTALLATION SCHEDULING:At least 3-4 weeks out from the desired date of installation,the
franchisee will need to schedule the dates for the sound and tv installation and equipment delivery.
These dates will not be changeable once booked without the franchisee incurring rescheduling fees.
(amount TBD)Also, a checklist will be emailed to the franchisee with the general guidelines as to
what needs to be completed and ready for MAE prior to the sound and tv system being installed.
