960 NE 95 STHISTORICAL LANDMARK COVENANT
IN CONSIDERATION of the designation of the real
property hereinafter described as a historical landmark by
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, FLORIDA, the undersigned, being all of
the owners of the said real property, for themselves, their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby jointly
and severally covenant with Miami Shores Village, its successors
and assigns, that no structure presently situated on the fol-
lowing described real property shall be demolished, moved, or
changed in the exterior appearance by addition, reconstruction,
alteration or maintenance, nor shall any trees situated on said
real property be destroyed or moved until an application for a
certificate of appropriateness has been submitted to the
Historic Preservation Board of Miami Shores Village and
been approved by that Board, — or the Village Council on appeal.
Said property is legally described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Begin at a point in the North line of Lot F, as shown in the Plat recorded in
Plat Book 5, page 90 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and 120
feet Nest of the Northeast corner of Lot S, according the Plat aforesaid,
running thence East along the North line of said Lots F and S, 90 feet to a
point on the North line of said Lot S; run thence South parallel to the East
line of said Lots S and F, 220 feet to a point; run thence Nest parallel to
the North line of said Lots S and F 90 feet to a point; run thence North
parallel to the East line of said Lots S and F, 220 feet to the point of
beginning, said tract being a plot of land 90 feet by 220 feet, constituting
a portion of said Lots S and F according - to said Plat, - also - - known - as - 960 N.E.
95th Street.
This covenant shall run with the land and shall terminate
only upon the written consent of Miami Shores Village, or its
successors and assigns, and the undersigned do expressly consent
to the filing of this document in the Public Records in and for
Dade County, Florida
