IN CONSIDERATION of the designation of the real
property hereinafter described as a historical landmark by
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, FLORIDA, the undersigned, being all of
the owners of the said real property, for themselves, their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby jointly
and severally covenant with Miami Shores Village, its successors
such designated
and assigns, that no /structure presently situated on the fol-
lowing described real property shall be demolished, moved, or
changed in the exterior appearance by addition, reconstruction,
identified in the designation report and
alteration or maintenance, nor shall any trees /situated on said
real property be destroyed or moved until an application for a

Such certificate shall not be required for routine maintenance, and
is limited to the historical elements of the property as described in
the designation report and within the powers of that Board as

been approved by that Board, or the Village Council on appeal.

This covenant shall run with the land and shall terminate
only upon the written consent of Miami Shores Village, or its
successors and assigns, and the undersigned do expressly consent
to the filing of this document in the Public Records in and for
Dade County, Florida
