Following please find our response to the comments for the Framing inspection:
Light metal framing was originally suggested as the framing type for the above project. While the process
of demolition wood framing was detected and contractor suggested to continue the same material since
one of the walls needed to maintain the structural support. Since wood framing is even more structurally
sound, we find it that the contractor's suggestion will work the same or better than light metal framing.
Also attach is the drawing with the note stating such revision.
