The existing; site has been observed and evaluated, and we conclude that the conditions are similar to those upon which the design was based (allowable bearing capacity equal to 2000 pst). In addition, we conclude that the soil is adequate to support the Required Bearing Pressure of 650 PSF imposed by the new swimming pool.
