Fence,Gates and Trellis Foundations `

Dear Sir/Madam,
On May 10,2018 our firm performed a One Time Final Inspection of the Trellis,Gates and Fence's
Foundation on the property located at the above mentioned address.
At the time of the inspection,the installation of the Trellis, Gates and Fence were completed. No
photos of the construction of the foundation were provided by the contractor.
Two exploratory demolitions were.randomly conducted. Foundation were partially excavated and
exposed. In both cases,the foundations were done as per approved documents.
Also, when we applied manual loading using my .body weight in different locations of the
structures inspected,there were no signs of distress and excessive deflections.In general,no signs
were found that revealed problems with the post foundation installation.
Gonzalo A. Paz, P.E. hereby attest that I have performed and approved the inspection, hereby
attest that to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment,the Elements Installed
Inspected, such as the foundations of the Trellis, Gates and Fence of the above referenced
project appears to be in compliance with the approved permit plans.
