This versatile admixture will help you produce predictable concrete and provide the right amount of retardation when it is required. . EUCON LR shows improved finishing characteristics when compared to untreated concrete. EUCON LR contains no added chlorides and will not promote corrosion of steel. • Flatwork concrete • Mass concrete • Architectural concrete • Bridge decks • General purpose ready mixed concrete - Hot weather concreting Plastic Concrete Hardened Concrete • Improves finishability - Increases compressive strength • Improves workability - Reduces permeability • Reduces water requirement - Improves finished appearance • Extends setting times - Reduces shrinkage - Increases durability - Non staining Perfomance Data r c The following test results were achieved using typical ASTM C 494 mix design requirements, 517 Ib/yd3 (307 kg/m3)cement content and similar(± 0.5)%air content. r These results were obtained under laboratory conditions with materials and mix designs meeting the specifications of ASTM C 494. Mulch and Stone must be raked back 18 inches front the foundation. 1`121 /r(1 Wet the Soil adjacent to the foundation to a depth of approximately one foot and a distance of approximately two feet from the structures. This should be done between 12 and / 24 hours prior to the fumigation. Electricity and water must be available at the fumigation site. t Attached Fences must be detached by the owner/agent. tA Antenna and Satellite Dishes must be removed by the owner/agent. A Screens that are attached at the roof-line(such as pool and pation screened areas)must be pulled back 18"by owner. > Seals: In the event that it is necessary to seal all or part or the structure,we will not he responsible for stains or mastic left by tape. If tack strips are used, we will not be responsible for responsible for repairing nail holes left by the process. > Definition: Contingent damage that may occur during the fumigation operation but which is not caused by our application of fumigant to the structure and the subsequent process of ventilation. The fumigation operation includes all details from the time we arrive, until we declare the structures safe for re-occupancy. >/j EGeneral: Tile,Asphalt,Wood Shake,Rock,or Gravel Roofing,Chimneys,Aluminum roofs and facia.Men carrying heavy tarpaulins must walk upon roofing. The tarpaulins must be drawn across the roofing when covering and uncovering the structure.Although our men are trained, experienced, and cautious in this procedure, cracking and/or loosening of some shingles and brick will be unavoidable;rock and gravel will be disturbed, some falling to the ground.Aluminum roofs and fascia may be bent.We do not inspect the roof prior to and again after our work to determine whether we caused damage or if it existed previously. Therefore,we are not liable for the contingency of roof damage of any type. SL:1Plant life to near.Overhanging or inside the Structure.Direct exposure to fumigants will destroy plant life.Turf or planting that are nearer than 12'to the structure,or that overhang it, {} or planted under the cave may interfere with,or be adversely affected by the tenting procedure. Therefore we are not liable for any contingent damage for plant life. Appended Exterior Lighting, Electrical Signs,Skylights,Satellite Dishes,Solar panels and security cameras. If attached to the structure, will need to be covered, possibly causing damage. Therefore we are not liable for any contingent damage. Ire Screened and Aluminum Enclosures.Patio and/or pool screened and aluminum or metal roof enclosures will support neither the weight of the men drawing tarpaulin over the structure nor the weight of the tarpaulin itself. We may seal off such enclosures rather than cover them requiring some side and top screen panels to be removed. It is the homeowner's responsibility for the removal and replacement of designated-screened panels to be removed prior to the day of fumigation. We are not liable for any contingent /^f y damages or replacement costs of screening. ( Fabric,Wood,Metal Awnings, and Gutter Systems. These items will not support the weight of tarpaulins. Many awnings have not been lowered in a long time and the hardware is corroded and may break when lowered. It is the homeowner's responsibility to lower such awnings prior to fumigation. If this has not been done.We can lower them, however; we cannot be liable for contingent damages.Gutter systems extend beyond the roof and are not designed to withstand the stress of the tenting process and may be bent. Therefore, we cannot be liable for contingent damages. Antennas,Weather Vanes,Fences, lighting rods or any item attached to the structure.Must be removed or detached from the structure by the homeowner prior to the fumigation. Please hire a professional or original installer. If Fume Tek Corp.removes,we will not be held responsible to re-attach them and we are not liable for any contingent damage. This Contract is with Fume Tek Corp.the performance of this contract may be assigned to another license. Other (specify:sealing tape on painted surfaces, sheds) > Acts of God: Certain circumstances beyond our control can affect our ability to complete or commence the fumigation operation on the date specified.Heavy rains, high velocity winds, temperature below 60*F civil disturbances or acts of war may cause us to delay or postpone a specific job.As much as these circumstances cannot be anticipated by us and are beyond our control,Fume Tek Corp.is not liable for any costs that the owner may incur as a result of our necessary delay or postponement of work, this includes fees for lodging or kennels. > General Information: The law requires the structure(s)to be locked during the fumigation period. The Law Requires that you provide the fumigator with necessary keys to gain access to the structure.(As per DAC chapter 5E-14,108 paragraph 5.)Under no circumstances can anyone enter the structure(s)during the fumigation process.Due to the gaseous nature of the fumigants, the material rapidly dissipates from the structure(s)during the aeration process. The fumigatorin charge will post a Notice of Safe Re-entry to the door(s)of the structure(s),when aeration is complete, and the Security Locks have been removed. At this time, the structure(s) can be re-occupied.The fumigator will make arrangements to return your keys after the notice is posted. Secondary or Security Locks must be used. This is the Law.Please Do not attempt to remove the locks. The fumigator will remove the locks after the final clearance of the structure. The company will not be responsible for damage if the locks are tampered with. CAUTION: READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING THIS NOTICE Fume Tek Corp and the Fumigation Contractor will not be responsible for any damage due to the fumigation procedures. The fumigation process requires the crew members to work on the roof of the structure(s).Due to the type, age or other conditions of the roof, tiles, gutters, metal awnings, solar heaters, chimneys or other structures as well as the nature of the work being performed, damage may occur. Therefore, the undersigned hereby releases Fume Tek Corp from the liability from such damage.Mobile Homes and Metal Roofs are subject to the same above conditions regarding roof area.Fume Tek Corp.from the liability from such damage.Mobile Homes and Metal Roofs are subject to the same above conditions regarding roof area.Fume Tek Corp.and the Fumigation Contractor will not be responsible for any damage to Mobile Home or Metal Roofs. Because this is an existing site, we are proposing to create three new retention areas that are capable to retain the entire runoff volume that is generated by a one inch intensity storm. The calculations follow the methodology recommended by the SFWMD in their publication "Management and Storage of Surface Waters, Permit Information Manual, Volume 4. When using this methodology, we first calculate the site soil storage capacity, then we calculate the volume of runoff generated by the storm. Next we size the retention areas to provided a total volume that is bigger than the runoff generated by the storm. By doing this, we can show that we will contain on site, and within the retention areas, the entire runoff volume generated during the storm.
