A RESOLUTION CLOSING A PORTION OF
N. E. 91st STREET IN MIAMI SHORES
VILLAGE.
It having been made to appear to the Village Council
that the property hereinafter described is not now nor will it in the
forseeable future, be used for access purposes to property other
than that abutting thereon in Block 19, El Portal Section 4, Plat
Book 10 at Page 37; and lying west of the westerly Right-of-Way
line of the Florida East Coast Railway and easterly of the easterly
Right-of-Way line of Park Drive, hereinafter referred to, and that
the vacation of said street will result in the parcel reverting to
private ownership thus resulting in placing it on the tax rolls; and
It further appearing that the vacation of said portion
of said street, as hereinafter described, is in the public interest and
that the dedication to said street should be vacated,
IT IS, THEREFORE, HEREBY RESOLVED that the
following described portion of N. E. 91st Street, lying and being in
Miami Shores Village, be and the same is hereby abandoned and
vacated as a public street, said property being described as follows
and being more particularly shown in the sketch following said
description:

Legal Description of that portion of NE 91st Street (Alabama Drive) to
be vacated, lying between Block 19, EL PORTAL SECTION 4, Plat Book 12
at Page 56 and Block 59, MIAMI SHORES SECTION 2, Plat Book 10 at
Page 37; and lying West of the Westerly Right-of-Way line of the Florida East t
Coast Railway and Easterly of the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Park Drive j
(also known as Alameda Street or Ancona Avenue): j
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 28, Block 59, MIAMI SHORES
SECTION 2 as recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 37 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; Thence run Westerly along the South line of said Lot 28,
Block 59 for a distance of 126. 15 feet to a point of curvature of a circular curve
to the right having for its elements a central angle of 114°-52'- 15" and a radius
of 25 feet; Thence run along the arc of said circular curve in a Northwesterly, i
Northerly and Northeasterly direction for a distance of 50. 12 feet to a point of
tangency, said point lying on the Southeasterly Right-of-Way line of Park Drive
(Ancona Avenue); Thence run Southwesterly along the Southeasterly Right-of-
Way line of Park Drive (Ancona Avenue) for a distance of 132. 36 feet to a point,
said point being a point of curvature of a circular curve to the right having for
its elements a central angle of 65°-08'- 14" and a radius of 25 feet; Thence
run along the-arc of said circular curve in Northeasterly and Easterly direction
for a distance of 28.42 feet to a point of tangency,, said point lying on the North
line of Block 19, EL PORTAL SECTION 4 as recorded in Plat Book 12 at
Page 56 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Thence run Easterly
along the North line of said Block 19 for a distance of 149. 36 feet to the North-
east corner of Lot 1, said Block 19; Thence run Northeasterly along the Westerly.
Right-of-Way line of the Florida East Coast Railway for a distance of 77. 16 feet
to the Point of BegiAning. All lying and being in the'Village of Miami Shores,
Dade County, Florida and containing 11, 967. 7 Square feet (0.275 Acres).
