A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANCO SUB-
DIVISION PLAT
BE IT RESOLVED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. That the plat subdividing a portion of the south
half of Section 32-52-42 to be known as the Anco Subdividion be and the
same is hereby approved subject to the conditions hereinafter provided.
Section 2. That the approval of said plat shall become
effective upon the posting of a surety bond or in cash in the amount of
$12, 500 to guarantee installation, within one year, of paved streets,
sidewalks and drainage facilities in accordance with specifications on
file in the office of the Building and Zoning Director.
