R-279-47 Upon motion made ,by Councilman � • , and seconded by Councilman T C , K i L b u ro, , the following Resolution was duly passed ,and adopted: RESOLUTION NO. a 7 I ,DISCONTINUING, VACATING AND CLOSING- THAT PART OF A CERTAIN ALLEY ABUTTING LOTS 11, 122 131 AND. 14 OF ASBURY PARK; ACCORDING TO PLAT THERE- Or RECORDED IN PLAT BOOR 4, PAGE110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH LIES NORTH OF BISCAYNE BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, H. L. CLARK REALTY CO. is the owner of Lots 11, 12 and 13, and BESSEMER PROPERTIES, INCORPORATED, is the owner of Lot 14 of Asbury Park according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 110, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and WH RAS— said owners of said properties have requested that that part of the certain alley abutting said properties and which lies north of Biscayne Boulevard be discontinued, vacated and closed, and WHEREAS, said portion of said alley abuts no properties a other than those described above and no other owner of property in Asbury Park would be affected by the discontinuance thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: That that part of the .certain alley abutting Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Asbury Park according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 110, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and which lies north of Biscayne Boulevard, be and the same is hereby discontinued,. vacated and closed.
