R-210A-37 MIAMI SHORES VILLA E _ RESOLUTION NO. a SID d AA REAS, the lots hereinafter described were described and included in the deed of Fred Botts, as Special Master in Chancery, to Miami Shores Vil- lage, dated September 25, 1934, in and pursuant,to Chancery suit No. 38,062, in the Circuit Court of Dade County' being suit to foreclose Village taxes for the year 1932,.and SAS, it appears that the record title holder of said lots named and sued in said suit was deceased prior to the filing of said suit, which fact was hitherto unknown, and WHEREAS, said lots were inadvertently omitted from the deed by said Village to SOUTHERN BRICK & TILE COMPANY, dated November 26, 1935, and it was intended to include the same in said deed and in computation of the amount .pay- able therefor, and WREAS, eeeA Recovery Corporation has offered to pay the.Village said taxes against said lots assessed in the- year 19323, with all costs and interest, and all subsequent and omitted Village taxes assessed against said lots and it - is deemed in the interest of said Village to accept said offer. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDt That the Magor and Village Manager' upon receipt of the sum so offered, to-wit: ,are authorized and directed to execute a deed of release or special warranty conveying to Recovery Corporation, a Florida cor- poration, all -interests of Miami Shores Village in and to said mentioned lots, to-wits Lots 15, 16, 17, 182 19, 20, a and 22, of Block 155, MIAMI SHOMM, SECTION 6, a subdivision according to . Plat recorded in Plat Book 10, page 89, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, subject to Village taxes and assessments coming due in the year 1937, and .subject to unpaid taxes of other taxing authorities and tax sale certificates or deeds, if any, issued on account of non- payment thereof and subject to zoning laws and ordinances of the Village.
