R-209-37 MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE RESOLUTION NO.A A RESOLUTION DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING THE INSTITUTION:'AND MIAINTENANCE TO FINAL CONCLUSION PROCEEDINGS IN CONDEMA- TION AGAINST THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, DADE 'COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: LOT EIGHT (8) , OF BLOCK ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-THREE (173) , AND LOT TWENTY-FIVE (25) , OF BLOCK ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY- ONE (171) , OF MIAMI SHORES SECTION EIGHT (8) , ACCORDING' TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK FOURTEEN (14) , PAGE THIRTY-THREE (33) , PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TRACT 171-A, CONTAINING TWO AND THIRTY-NINE ONE HUN- DRETHS ACRES, MORE OR LESS; TRACT 171-B, CONTAINING TWO AND FIFTY-SIX ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES, MORE OR LESS; TRACT 171-C, CORTAINING FORTY-THREE ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES MORE OR LESS; TRACT 172-A, CONTAINING EIGHTY-THREE ONE HUN- DREDTHS ACRES MORE OR LESS; TRACT 172-B, CONTAINING FORTY-THREE ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES MORE OR LESS; TRACT 172-C, CONTAINING ONE AND SIXTY-FIVE ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES MORE OR LESS; TRACT 173-A, CONTAINING TWENTY-EIGHT ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES MORE OR LESS; TRACT 173-B, CONTAIN- ING THIRTY-EIGHT ONE HUNDREDTHS OF AN ACRE MORE OR LESS; TRACT 173-C, CONTAINING ONE AND FORTY-SEVEN ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES, MORE OR LESS; TRACT 174, CONTAINING EIGHTY-FOUR ONE HUNDREDTHS ACRES MORE OR LESS, ACCORDING TO REVISED PLAT OF SECTION EIGHT OF MIAMI SHORES SUBDIVISION, IN SECTIONS FIVE AND SIX, TOWNSHIP FIFTY-THREE SOUTH, RANGE FORTY-TWO EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK THIRTY-ONE, PAGE FORTY-ONE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO PERFORM ANY AND ALL ACTS. AND DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY FOR A SPEEDY AND SUC- CESSFUL CONCLUSION OF SUCH PROCEEDINGS, AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE CLERK AND MAYOR TO EXPEND THE NECESSARY MONIES FOR THE SAME. BE IT RESOLVED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. That condemnation proceedings to acquire the follow- ing described property located in Miami Shores Village, Dade County, Florida, to grit: Lot 8, of Block 173, and Lot 25, of Block 171, of Miami Shores Section 8, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 33, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and Tract 171-A, containing 2.39 acres more or less; Tract 171-B, containing 2.56 acres more or less; Tract 171-C, containing .43 acres more or less; Tract 172-A2 containing .83 acres more or less; Tract 172-B, containing .43 acres more or less; Tract 172-C, containing 1.65 acres more or less; Tract 173A, containing .28 acres more or less; Tract 173-B, containing .38 acres more or less; Tract 173-C, containing 1.47 acres more or less, and Tract 174, containing .84 acres more or less, according to revised Plat of Section 8, Miami Shores Subdivision, in Sections 5 and 6, Township 55 South, Range 42 East, recorded in M Plat Book 31 page 41 Public• Recorda of Dade County, Florida, be, ' and the same `are 'hereby directed and authorized to be-forthwith 3.nst t ted, maintained and prosecuted to a speedy and successful conclusion for the purpose. of acquiring said lands for said Village to be used as 9nd:for a public par1r_j golf course' and other public purposes. ` SECTION 2. .
