WHERHASy the lot herein described was described and included in the deed by Fred Botts,, as Special Master to Miami Shores Villages dated September 259 1934, recorded, in Deed Book 1582., page 929, Dade County, in and pursuant to suit and decree for foreclosure of Village taxes assessed in the year 1932., and WAS., heretofore it was made to appear that Mae W. Lamon owned said lot at the time of said suit and decree and sale therein and that said owner during said suit was a resident of Dade County, Floridan and was constructively served with process therein without knowledge of such residence by the Village attorney., and WHEIPAS,, thereupon the Council of said Village by a general resolution passed and adopted on January 9 fl 1935, intending to refer to said lot and other lots, authorised conveyance of said lot by said Village to said owner upon payment of the Village taxes against said lot assessed in the year 1932, plus interest and costs, and YEEREAS8, all sums due the Village for such taxes, interest and costs were paid and the said lot accordingly was conveyed to the said Mae W. Lamon., naming her as M. W. Lamon, in deed of June 24, 1935, and n the eircamstanoes relating to said transaction, and said resolution,were not frilly recited in said prior deed and request has been made for confirmatory decd of said lot to Mae W. Lamm to perfect the title conveyed and warranted by her to Bessemer Properties, Incorporated, and that such deed recite said circumstances. NOW,, TMMREv BE IT RESOLVER by the Counoil of Miami Shores Village that the Mayor and Village Manager be, and they are, authorised and directed to execute and deliver a confirmatory deed conveying to said Mae W. GEO.E.HOLT t VMWE MANAGIM C.LANVTON MCCALL ,.1•••\s�•4 July 14, 1937 TO THE TAXPAYERS OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: The Miami Shores Village Council has adopted a tentative Budget and Tax Assessment Roll for the fiscal year August 1st, 1937 to July 31st, 1938. A public meeting will be held, on July 27th, 1937 at 8 P. M., in the Community House, in order that property owners may inspect, and voice any objections that might arise, to this tentative Budget and tentative Ta.; Assessment Roll. The Council will then sit as an equalization board., from day to day as may be necessary, and con. sider any written objections that may be presented. And within ten days will adopt a final Budget and Tax Assessment Roll. The valuations are the same as last year, but the rate will probably be raised 11 mills. Owners of new houses may ascertain their assessment at this i meeting, or by calling this office.
