A RESOLUTION WTATIVELY APPROVING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1932-33.
8E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUB'CIL OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. That the budget of contemplated revenues and expen-
ses for the fiscal year 1932-33 submitted by the Village Manager and Clerk
to the Council, July 12 t,t 1932, is tentatively approved by the Council,
and the Clerk is directed to give public notice of a hearing on said budget
to be held at 6:60 o'clock P. M. on they7day of July, A. D. 1932, at the
New Miami Shores Elementary School, No. 10351 N. E. 5th A*enue, in accordance
with Ordinance No. 41, said tentative budget being as follows:

Notice is hereby given that the Council of Miami Shores Village
will hear objections to the tentative budget of the Village and objections
to the tentative tax assessment roll of the Village for the fiscal year

No. 10351 N. & 5th Avenue, at JsdO o'clock, P. M. on 7 July �y

AN ORDINANCE FINALLY APPROVING A BUDGET AND TAS ASSESS'!' HOLT,
FOR THE PISCAL YEAR, 1932-33, IMIN4 'FAXES AND MING APPROPRIATIONS
POR SAID PISCAL PERIOD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. The budget of contemplated revenues and expenditures for
the fiscal year August 1, 1932 to July 31, 1933 inclusive, submitted to the
Council and tentatively approved July a9 1932, and the tag assessment roll
of the Village for the some fiscal year, tentatively approved on the same day,

on both of which,public hearing in the Village was duly had on thedZj day of
July, 1932, after tea days notice, in accordance with the Village charter and
ordinance No. 49 are hereby finally adopted and approved by the Council as the
budget and tax assessment roll for said fiscal period, said budget being as follows:
and said tax assessment roll being further identified by signatures of the
mayor and Village Clerk thereto affixed in the presence of the councils
Section 2. 'Faxes for said fiscal period commencing August 1, 1932,
are hereby levied and assessed at the rate of I 0 mills on each dollar
all
of assessed valuations ori property described on said tag assessment roll, and
the Village Manager, as tax assessor and collector, is directed to enter on
said tax assessment roll the amounts of taxes payable in conformity herewith
on the several parcels of property described thereon and to receive and collect
such taxes in conformity with the charter and ordinance of the Village.
Section 3. Appropriations are hereby made from all monies on
hand and to be received by the Village during said fiscal year for and in
the amounts of the items of contemplated expenditures shown on said budget,
provided that no monies shall be disbursed for other than regular and usual
monthly operating expenses' except by special direction of the Council from
time to time.

This ordinance shall become effective upon due passage and publication
