O-642-04 6 ORDINANCE NO. 642-04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES, ZONING ORDINANCE, NO. 270, SECTION 301,"ZONING MAP OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE"BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10653 N.E. 0 AVENUE FROM R-20, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO CF, COMMUNITY FACILITY, REPEALING ANY AND ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Miami Shores Village has received an application to re-zone property located at 10653 N.E. 6th Avenue, which is currently zoned R-20, the legal description of which is as follows: Lots 1 and 2 of"Golf View Estates"according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 58 of the Miami-Dade County Public Records; and WHEREAS, the proposed re-zoning to CF is consistent with the Village's adopted Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Plan, for the property, designated therein for Community Facility use; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Village to re-zone the subject property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED THAT: Section 1. Section 301 (Zoning Map) of the Miami Shores Village Zoning Appendix, Ordinance 270, is hereby amended to reflect that Lots 1 and 2 of"Golf View Estates"according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 58 of the Miami-Dade County Public Records, more commonly known as the property located at 10653 N.E. 6t'Avenue, presently zoned R-20, is zoned CF, Community Facility. Section 2. The permitted uses in the CF district shall remain as currently specified for CF districts contained within the Schedule of Regulations, being part of Article IV of the Zoning Appendix of the Miami Shores Village Code of Ordinances. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, but only insofar as such ordinances may be inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage by the Village Council on second reading.
