ORDINANCENO. 588-96 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MIAM[l SHORES VILLAGE, FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 9-42 (5), OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE,FLORIDA; PROVIDING CHARGES FOR A ONE(1) THIRTY GALLON CAN TWICE A WEEK COMMERCIAL SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS,there is no current provision for one(1)thirty gallon can twice weekly service for commercial properties; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of Miami Shores Village to provide such a rate to certain customers, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF M[IAMI SHORES VILLAGE, FLORIDA: SECTION 1.
