AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 270 , MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE,
CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF THOSE LOTS DESIGNATED AS BEING IN
X ZONES WHICH HAVE NO STRUCTURES ERECTED THEREON TO THE CLASS-
IFICATION OF XX AND PROVIDING THAT DISTRICTS CLASSIFIED AS XX
SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO THE PERMITTED USE OF PARKING LOTS ONLY;
PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 270, Miami Shores Village,
and the Schedule of Regulations and Zoning Map being a part thereof,
presently provides the following with reference to the permitted
uses in Districts classified as X:
1. All uses permitted in a continguous R District.
2. Parking lots, subject in each case to approval of a
site plan thereof by the Planning Board, as provided
in Article VI.
3. Fallout or bomb shelters as permitted in R districts.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 270, Miami Shores Village,
the Schedule of Regulations and Zoning Map being a part thereof,
are hereby amended in the following respects:
(a) The Schedule of Regulations, being a part of Miami
Shores Village Zoning Ordinance No. 270, shall
stand amended to include a district designated XX.
(b) The permitted uses in the XX district shall be:
parking lots, subject in each case to approval of
a site plan thereof by the Planning Board, as
provided in Article VI.
(c) The real property affected hereby and hereinabove
referred to are the following lots in the indicated
blocks, all of which are set forth in the Plat of
Miami Shores, Section 1, Amended, as recorded in
Plat Book 10, page 70, of the Public Records in and
for Dade County, Florida:
Lots 22 & 23 of Block 16
Lots 6, 7, 22 & 23 of Block 18
Lots 6, 7, 22 & 23 of Block 19
Lots 23 & 24 of Block 20
Lots 11, 12, 18 & 19 of Block 28
Lots 8 , 9, 16 & 17 of Block 29
Lots 8, 9, 15 & 16 of Block 30
Lots 8, 9, 15 & 16 of Block 31
Lots 9 & 15 of Block 32
Lots 15 and West 1/2 of Lot 16 of Block 33
Section 3. In all other respects said Ordinance shall
remain unaffected by this amendment.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective upon
its adoption.
PASSED on f irst reading the 18th day of November 1986.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on second reading this 2nd day of
December 1986.
