AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 481-85, OF THE
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES, AND
SCHEDULE OF REGULATIONS, BEING A PART OF
ARTICLE IV OF THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE
NO. 270 EXPANDING THE NUMBER OF TIMES COMMERCIAL
STILL PICTURE ORIGINATION IS PERMITTED IN A
RESIDENTIAL ZONE AND SETTING CERTAIN QUALIFICA-
TIONS THEREON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, FLORIDA:
1. That so much of Ordinance 481-85, Section 2(G)�(5) , which.'�reads
as follows:
(5) No location shall be licensed more than four times
during a 12-month period, and there shall be a
minimum period of 30 days of inactivity following
the expiration of each license. All licenses shall
be exhibited upon request of the Miami Shores
Village Police or Building and Zoning Department.
is amended to read:
(5) No location shall be licensed for commercial picture
origination of television or films, including both
motion and still pictures, more than four times
during a 12-month period except as noted below.
Eight additional still picture filmings involving no
more than ten people and no more than three four-
wheeled vehicles may be licensed in each 12-month
period. This will allow a maximum of twelve filming
licenses at a single location in a 12-month period.
There shall be a minimum period of 30 days of
inactivity following the expiration of each license.
All licenses shall be exhibited upon request of the
Miami Shores Village Police or Building and Zoning
Department.
2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon adoption.

PASSED AND ADOPTED on second reading this 1st day of
April 1986.
