AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1 , 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. That the operating budget of Miami Shores Village,
Florida, for the fiscal year October 1, 1983, through September 30,
1984, in the aggregate amount of $6,525,832.00, is made up as follows:
(a) A General Fund Budget in the amount of
$4,343,503.00 intended for general operating
purposes;
(b) A Country Club Budget in the amount of
$2,137,329.00 intended for Country Club general
operating expenses;
(c) A Federal Revenue Sharing Budget in the amount
of $45,000.00 intended for the purchase of
police vehicles.
Section 2. That the operating budget of Miami Shores Village
for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1983, in the aggregate amount
of $6,525,832.00, is hereby approved, adopted and ratified, and the
budgeted expenditures, copies of which are made a part hereof are hereby
appropriated.
Section 3. That the Council hereby finds and determines that
there is an immediate need for the adoption of this ordinance without
delay and, therefore, same is hereby adopted on first reading as an
emergency ordinance.
PASSED and ADOPTED on first reading this 14th day of September,
1983.
