O-441-82 ORDINANCE NO. 441-g AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6. , ORDINANCE NO. 440-82, ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF BURGLARY AND ROBBERY ALARM SYSTEMS. BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: Section 1. Section 6. Appeals, Paragraph c. of Ordinance No. 440-82 reads as follows: c. At the hearing, which must be scheduled and concluded within 15 days from the date the request for same is received, the alarm user shall have the right to present evidence and testimony. Sectton 2.. Section 6. Appeals, Paragraph c. of Ordinance No. 440-82 shall become, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: C. At the hearing, which must be scheduled and concluded at the earliest possible regular meeting of the Code Enforcement Board, the alarm user shall have the right to present evidence and testimony. Section 3. That the Council ,hereby finds and determines that there is an immediate necessity for the adoption of this ordinance to secure compliance with Ordinance No. 440-82. It is accordingly found that the ordinance should be passed as an emergency matter, which is hereby ordained. PASSED and ADOPTED on first reading this 17th day of August, 1982.
