AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 404 OF ORDINANCE NO. 270
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE ZON-
ING PLAN FOR MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE AND PROVIDING PENAL-
TIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF;"FURTHER RESTRICTING
CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS LESS THAN 75 FEET IN
WIDTH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1:
That Section 404 of Ordinance No. 270 of Miami Shores Village
provides as follows:
"Section 404: No building shall hereafter be erected,
nor any existing building be structurally altered,
except in conformity with the regulations regarding
space and area as set forth herein, provided that the
minimum plot width and area regulations shall not apply
to any platted lot having less than the required width
of 75 feet where permanent improvements have been
erected on both side lots contiguous thereto, and such
lot is owned by someone other than the owners of the
side contiguous lots."
Section 2.
That Section 404 of Miami Shores Village Ordinance No. 270 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 404: No building shall hereafter be erected,
nor any existing building be structurally altered,
except in conformity with the regulations regarding
space and area as set forth herein, provided that the
minimum plot width and area regulations. shall not apply
to any platted lot having less than the required width
of 75 feet where permanent improvements have been
erected on both side lots contiguous thereto, and such
lot is, upon the adoption date of this ordinance,
owned by someone other than the then owner of a side
contiguous lot."
Section 3.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
