AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.
OF ORDINANCE NO. 112.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. Section 17. of Ordinance No. 112 is hereby
amended so that it shall read as follows:
Section 17. Intoxicating liquors or alcoholic
beverages may be sold or delivered by the vendors
hereinafter specified at the times herein fixed and
at no other time, that is to say:
I. GROCERY STORES selling beer and wine for
consumption off the premises:
(a) On week-clays between 7:00 A.M. and
1:00 A. M. and
(b) On Sundays between 1:00 P. M. and
1:00 A. M.
II. PACKAGE STORES selling liquor, beer and
wine for consumption off the premises:
(a) On week-days between 7:00 A.M. and
8:00 P. M.
III. COUNTRY CLUBS during the hours at which
the club is in operation.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts thereof in conflict
herewith, and particularly Ordinance No. 184, are hereby repealed. In
all other respects Ordinance No. 112 is unaffected by this amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
