AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
92, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 92 of Miami Shores Village,
being an ordinance establishing a zoning plan within Miami Shores Village
and for other purposes, and the map accompanying said Ordinance, be and
the same are hereby amended in the following respects, that is to say:
That from and after the passage of this Ordinance, it shall
be lawful to use the property described in Section 2 for all purposes described
in said Ordina-mce No. 92 under the classification R-9, and also for the follow-
ing professional purposes: The erection, construction or reconstruction or
structural alteration of buildings designed in the following manner: a resi-
dential type of architecture, to be a one-story structure, and to conform
with the present resident regulations and setbacks; and to be used exclusive-
ly by doctors, lawyers, engineers, dentis ts, surveyors, and other similar
learned professions, but such definition shall not include clinics or other
buildings where general medical attention is given to patients, nor shall such
buildings include provisions for ambulance entrances.
Section 7.. Said land is as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, of Block 60, MIAMI SHORES
SECTION NO. 2, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 37, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
Section 3. That on the aforesaid map attached to said Zoning
Ordinance No. 92, the aforesaid property is hereby transferred as indicated
in Section 1 hereof.
Section 4. The provisions of the existing Ordinance, with
respect to setbacks and size of buildings as now applied to said property,
shall govern with respect to any of the buildings described in Paragraph I
hereof, and in so far as it is practicable, all buildings for professional

purposes constructed or reconstructed on said lazid shall conform in their
exterior design to the design of dwelling houses. Adequate provision for the
parking of automobiles belonging to the owner, his servants, agents, employees,
visitors, and patients, shall be provided on a side of said property nearest to
Railroad Avenue, and no motor vehicles shall be parked on Sixth Avenue or
94th Street.
Section S. That in all other respects said Ordinance is
unaffected by this amendment.
