Section 3. The Village Nansger is hereby directed to provide for the inistallation., regulation,, control,, operation and use of the parking motors provided for in this ordinance and to maintain said motors In good workable condition and is hereby invested with power and authority to enter into a contract,, after approval of the terms and conditiew thereof by thin Council, for the purchase and/or installation of parking motors,, the payment for so& motors and/or installation to be provided for from the receipts,, funds and revenues obtained by the Village from the operation of said parking meters., provided that anch purchase and/or installation costs may be amortized using other city fundsq if approved by this Council.. over a period of not more than three (3) years from the date of such purchase and/or installation. Section 5. Section 10. It shall be vnlawful and a violation of the provisions of this ordinance for axW person to permit a vehicle to remain or be placed in any parking space adjacent to ajW parking aster while said meter is displaying a signal Indicating that the vehicle occupying much parking space has already been parked beyond the period of time proscribed for onch parking space. -3- section n.
