That Sestion Z-66 (a) of Ordinance No. 92
be and the same Is hereby saeaded- so that it shall read an

1069TOWIS AND YARD SPACES: (a) In all R and RF' Distristaq
no building, or any story thersofq or part of any building shall
be *rooted nearer to the street line of any street on which said
lot faces than twenty-five (25) feet, the setback as stipulated
in the property restrictions of the subdivision in which It. Is
located$ or beyond the average alignment of the buildinsss, *or-
responding stories or parts. of existing buildings on the same
aid* of the street, the twenty-five (25) foot minima setbask shall
govern. On corner lots in R or R? Districts, as building shall
be *rooted nearer to a side street than ton (10) feet. The entrance
to all garages or garage ro ems shall be from the alley in the rear
of such -buildings In all ease* where an alley Is In existence at
the time that the work of such building In **mmaneed. Provided
that where the garage door faces the streets the front of the
garage shall- not be closer to the street than. the front line of
the building that in farthest from tho, front lot line.
Section 2, All ordinances or parts of ordinances In
conflict herewith or Inconsistent with the provisions of this
ordinanoe are hereby repealed*
