That Sestion Z-66 (a) of Ordinance No. 92 be and the same Is hereby saeaded- so that it shall read an f ollowst 1069TOWIS AND YARD SPACES: (a) In all R and RF' Distristaq no building, or any story thersofq or part of any building shall be *rooted nearer to the street line of any street on which said lot faces than twenty-five (25) feet, the setback as stipulated in the property restrictions of the subdivision in which It. Is located$ or beyond the average alignment of the buildinsss, *or- responding stories or parts. of existing buildings on the same aid* of the street, the twenty-five (25) foot minima setbask shall govern.
