AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO* 92 ENTITLED: "AN
ORDINANCE TO PMULATE AND RESTRICT THE ERECTION, RMON_
STRUCTION, ALTERATION, LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS,
STRUCTURES, LAND, AND WATER, FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESI_
DENCE OR OTHER PUMSE, LMTC"to
BE IT ENACTED BY MIMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section 1. That Sections Z-1 and Z-2 of Article 1, Ordinance No.
9 2, b e amended to read as f o 11 ova;
"Section Z-1. CLASSIFICATIONS. For the purpose of this ordinance
Miami Shores Village is heroby divided into the following districts:

Section Z-2, BOUNDARIES., The boundaries of each of those districts
are hereby established as shown on the Zoning Map which accompanies and Is hereby
declared to be a part of this Ordinance and is Identified by the signatures of the
Mayor and the Village Manager of Miami Shores Village. This map shall be a per-
maneat record of the Miami Shores Village.
The district or zone boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines as
they existed at the time of the enactment of this Ordinance; but where a boundary
line obviously does not coincide with lot lines it is located by dimensions shown
on the map
Zone areas indicated on the map as 0, D. M, P, S, T, U, V, and
W shall retain such classification, and for no other purpose, until changed
by Ordinance upon unanimous action of the Village Council. All buildings
hereafter erected or strwturh34y altered in Zones 0, D, F, P, 8, T, U, V, and
W shall conform to the requirements, enumerated under Article III, "R."i to R-12
inclusive, one ramily Districts" except that minor repairs as permitted under
this code may be made to existing structures in Zones D, M, S, T and W.
All laAd hereafter annexed to Miami Shores Village shall be con-
sidered temporarily classified as beli-ig a portion of Zone R-1 until zoned or
classified by Ordinance of said Village.
All street or right of way lines heroin mentioned except as other-
wiso specif led shall ref or to street and right of way lines as they existed
November 1, 1939."
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict here"
with or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 319 This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage,
