CARRY OUT THESE REGULATIONS., AND FOR EACH SUCH DISTRICT TO IM-
POSE REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS DESIGNATING THE KINDS OR
CLASSES OF TRADES, BUSINESSES, HESIDENCES OR OTHER PUaOSES

DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,, FROM ZONE R-8 TO ZONE B-J,, AND ADOPTING ALL
PENALTIES, TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 92 NOT
ALTERED HEREIN.
I�HEHEAS, Miami Shores Village has heretofore acquired the title to Lots
I to 5, inclusive, Block 15, Lots 10 to 14, inclusive, Block 34, Lots 1 to 51
inclusive, Block 22., and Lots 7 to 9, inclusive., Block 27,, all in Miami Shores
Section 1. according to the Amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, at page
70, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said property will form a natural barrier or buffer strip between
the business and residential zones on Northeast Second Avenue in Miami Shores
Village, Florida, if the business zone is extended North and South to said pro-
perties, and
VVHEbEAS, the rapid growth of residential buildings and population, past,
present and future in Miami Shores Village, requires an extension.and enlargement
of the existing business zone on Northeast Second Avenue in said Village, and
IhHEREAS, notice has been given and a public meeting held in accordance
with the terms and provisions of said Ordinance No. 92.
NOV� THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED by Miami Shores Village:
Section 1. That Lots numbered 1 to 5, inclusive,, Block 15., and Lots
numbered 10 to 1/,, inclusive, Block 34, Miami Shores Section 1, according to the
Amended plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10., at page 70., of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, be and the same are hereby changed from zone R-8 to zone
V.
Section 2. That Lots numbered 1 to 5., inclusive., Block 16, Lots numbered
10 to 14, inclusive, Block 33, Lots numbered 1 to 5, inclusive, Block 21, Lots 13
to 17, inclusive, Block 282 Miami Shores Section 1. according to the Amended Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 70., of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida
be and the same are hereby changed from zone R-8 to zone B-1.
Section 3. That the boundaries of zones R-8., V and B-1 on the zoning
map, which is a part of said Ordinance No. 92 and referred to therein in Section
Z-2., be and the same are hereby amended to conform with the terms and provisions
of Sections 1 and 2 of this Ordinance.
Section 4. All penalties, tems,, conditions and provisions of said
Ordinance No. 92 not altered or amended*by the adoption of this Ordinance shall be
and remain in full force and effect and shall apply to each and every the terms and
conditions and provisions of this Ordinance as hereinabove set forth.
Section 5. Each word, phrase, sentence or section of the Ordinance shall
be severableand the invalidity of any word, phrase, sentence or section shall in
no way or degree impair any other part or parts thereof.
Section 6. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 7. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
