O-123-43 MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO ELECTION JUDGES WHO WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE THE ELECTION BOARD AND SHALL CONDUCT THE ELECTION CALLED FOR MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ON JUNE 15s 1943, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS GOVERNING THE VILLAGE ELECTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. Meade Stockdell, L. C. Childress, Julian B. Frix and Marion B. Arnold, SECTION 2. Each word, phrase, sentence or section of this ordinance shall be severable and the invalidity of any word, phrase, sentence or section shall In no way or degree impair any other part of parts thereof.
