AN ORDINANCE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO
ELECTION JUDGES WHO WITH THE VILLAGE
CLERK SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE THE ELECTION
BOARD AND SHALL CONDUCT THE ELECTION
CALLED FOR MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ON
JUNE 15s 1943, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
LAWS GOVERNING THE VILLAGE ELECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
SECTION 1. The Council having determined the
qualifications of daW)"dKd and E, ZZ&,4/0
as election judges of the regular election to be held June 15,
1943, and having been found by the Council that said 1jC7WU40Hd1

in every respect concerning Village elections, the said

each of themare hereby appointed as election judges of the regular
election to be held in Miami Shores Village on June 15, 19432
to elect four members of the Village Council to succeed W. Meade
Stockdell, L. C. Childress, Julian B. Frix and Marion B. Arnold,
SECTION 2. Each word, phrase, sentence or
section of this ordinance shall be severable and the invalidity
of any word, phrase, sentence or section shall In no way or degree
impair any other part of parts thereof.
SECTION 3, All ordinances and parts of'
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
