O-105-41 MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING CARL ANDERSON AS SUBSTITUTE ELECTION JUDGE IN THE PLACE AND STEAD OF IDA 14AE HEWITT FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD JUNE 172 1941; IN MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE. WHEREAS, on May 13, 1941, under Miami Shores Village Ordinance No. 104, Ida Mae Hewitt was appointed as one of the election judges for the regular election to be held in Miami Shores Village on June 17, 1941, and WHEREAS, said Ida Mae Hewitt is incapacitated to serve by reason of absence from the Village, and WHEREAS, It is necessary to appoint a successor in the place and stead of Ida Mae Hewitt. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. That Carl Anderson be, and he is hereby appointed one of the election judges of the regular election to be held in Miami Shores Village, June 17, 1941, in the place and stead of Ida Mae Hewitt, with all the powers and duties of such election judge the same as if the said Carl Anderson was originally appointed under Miami Shores Village Ordinance No. 104. SECTION 21. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective Immediately upon its - passage.
