AN ORDINANCE FOR THE APPOINT1,1ENT OF TWO
ELECTION JUDGES WHO WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK
SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE THE ELECTION BOARD
AND SHALL CONDUCT THE ELECTION C4LED FOR
MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ON JUNE 171' 1941., IN
ACCORDA14CE WITH THE LAWS GOVERNING THE
VILLAGE ELECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
SECTION 1. The Council having determined the qualifi-

as election judges of the regular election to be held June 17,
1941, and having been found by the Council that said

have fully qualified in every respect concerning Village elections,

and each of them are hereby appointed as election judges of the
regular election to be held in Miami Shores Village on June 17,
1941, to elect four members of the Village Council to succeed
Frank 0. Pruitt, John J. Lindseys F. Scott Kitson and Stanley
Milledge.
SECTION 2. Each word, phrase, sentence or section of
this ordinance shala be severable and the invalidity of any
word, phrase, sentence or section shall in no way or degree
impair any other part or parts thereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith- are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its .passage..
