'V--T Ordinance No. 78, Carl S. Orleman was appointed as one of the election judges for the regular election to be held in Miami Shores Village on 17 i9* June 20, 1939, and WHEREAS, said Carl S. Orleman is incapacitated to serve by atH4,AAJO, VA tfl reason of illness, and WHEREAS, it is necessary--to appoint a successor in the place .P �,, WO.X fte"e and stead of Carl S. Orleman. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. That' Paul 'Moren be, and he is hereby appointed one of the election judges of the regular election to be h6ld in U,a..e Miami Shores Village, June �O, 1939, in the place and stead of Carl S. Orleman, with all the powers and duties of such election judge the same as if the said Paul Moren was originally g y a ppointed under Niami Shores Village Ordinance No.-78. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances In conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
