WHEREAS, on April 11, 1939, under Miami Shores Village

Ordinance No. 78, Carl S. Orleman was appointed as one of the election
judges for the regular election to be held in Miami Shores Village on

June 20, 1939, and
WHEREAS, said Carl S. Orleman is incapacitated to serve by

reason of illness, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary--to appoint a successor in the place

and stead of Carl S. Orleman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
SECTION 1. That' Paul 'Moren be, and he is hereby appointed
one of the election judges of the regular election to be h6ld in

Miami Shores Village, June �O, 1939, in the place and stead of Carl S.
Orleman, with all the powers and duties of such election judge the
same as if the said Paul Moren was originally g y a ppointed under Niami
Shores Village Ordinance No.-78.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances In
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
