O-78-39 MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. 78. AN ORDINANCE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO ELECTION JUDGES WHO WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK SHALL CONSTITUTE AND BE THE ELECTION BOARD AND SHALL CONDUCT THE ELECTION CALLED FOR MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ON JUNE 20, 19399 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS GOVERNING THE VILLAGE ELECTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. The Council having determined the qualifications of Carl S. Orleman and Mrs. John M. Ritter as election judges of the regular election to be held June 20, 1939, and having been found by the Council that said Carl S. Orleman and Mrs. John M. Ritter have fully qualified in every respect concerning Village elections,. the said Carl S. Or] emnn and MrA- Jnhn M- Ritter , and each of them are bereby appointed as election judges of the regular election to be held in Miami Shores Village on June 20, 1939, to-elve- -two--members--of the Village Gouncil to--suc-eead John-M --Uarils-la--$nd_ Hugh_ R; .Gordon; Jr. SECTION 2. Each word, phrase, sentence or section of this ordinance shall be severable and the invalidity of any word, phrase, sentence or section shall in no way or degree impair any other part or parts thereof. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
