O-73-39 MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. L AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE CLERK TO EXEMPT FROM TAXATION ALL LANDS ADJACENT TO THE MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE GOLF COURSE OWNED BY ETHEL M. HAUK, A WIDOW.. KNOWN AS GOLF VIEW ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION1 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1938-390 IN PURSUANCE AND TN 'ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF PUR- CHASE OF LANDS FROM SAID `ETBEL M.-: HAUK, A WIDOW, NOT INCLUDED IN SAID GOLF COURSE,,; AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATIVE THERETQ. WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions of an agreement .for the purchase of- certain lands from Ethel M. Hauk, a widow, now a _ part of the Golf Course located in Miati Shores Village, the Village agreed with Ethel M. Hauk, a widow, as past of, the considerati thereof, to exempt from taxation, until said Golf Course is finally completed, lands retained in her name' adjacent and contiguous to said Golf Course, which has been platted and is now known as Golf View Estates, a subdivision, and WHEREAS,' said: taxable period for the fiscal year of the Village has commenced, beginning August 1,` 1938, and said Golf Course has not been finally completed, and is now in the course of construe �i tion, and WIIEREAS, in order to comply with said purchase of said lands as aforesaid, it is necessary that the Village Clerk be authorized to exempt said lands from taxation. NOW THEREFORE, BE, ITORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. That the lands owned by Ethel M.
