O-69-38 a> � MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE EXCLUDING FROM THE TERRITORY OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE, LOT 15, BLOCK 9, EL PORTAL, SECTION 32 A SUBDIVISION IN DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE RELEASING OF SAID VILLAGE FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATIVE TO TAXES, ASSESSMEbTTS AND ANY AND .ALL CLAIMS OF *WHATSOEVER NATURE; PROVIDING THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE SAID PROPERTY DESCRIBED, AND THE LIMITS OF SAID VILLAGE AND BOUNDARY LINE THEREOF SHALL CONTINUE THE SAME @NITS THE EXCEPTION OF SAID PROPERTY DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, Lot 15, Block 9, El Portal, Section 3, is a parcel of land located at the southern boundary line of Miami Shores Village, of twenty-five (25) foot frontage, and WHEREAS, said property can not be used because of its size and location, and in order to meet out equity and justice, the said lot should be excluded from the limits of Miami Shores Village, and WHEREAS, the owner of said property, Mrs. Selda Sommer, has released the Village from any and all claims for prior payment of taxes, assessments, liens and any and all other claims of what- soever nature, and has agreed to save the Village harmless by reason of this action. BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. That Lot 15, Block 9, El Portal, Section 3, be, and the same is hereby excluded from the territory of Miami Shores Village, Florida, and that the southern boundary line of said Village shall containue the same as if said lot described had never been a portion of the territory composing Miami Shores Village. SECTION 2. That this action is conditioned upon the owner of said property, Mrs. Selda Sommer, saving harmless the Village from any and all claims, whether for taxes, liens, assessments, or other- wise, which may be in existence, or may come into existence in the future by reason of this action.
