MIAMI SHORIS VILLAGE ORDINANCE M. 62 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND DISCONTINUING CERTAIN STREBTS, ALLEgS AND SPAYS IN AND NEAR THE SUBDIVISIONS OF SHOR]RHART9 KINNEDYIS FIRST SUB— DIVISION OF BISCAYNE, GM. M. PBIPPENtS SUBDIVISION, AND PART OF SECTION EIGHT (8), OF. MIAMI' SHORES,, TO WITa .IN THE PROPOSED GOLF COURSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHOES VILLAGEa =ION ONES That the following describe, streets' alleys and ways are hereby severally vacated, closed, and discontinued, to-wits I. Those portions of N. E. 103rd St., and 102nd Street, lying between the East line of N. E. 6th Ave., and the westerly, or northwesterly line of the Florida East Coast Railway right-o£-wway; also, that portion of HE last St., situate between the East line of said 6th Ave., and the westerly' or northwesterly, line of said railway right-of-way, and situate north of aline 37.5 feet south of and parallel to the south lines of Blocks Three (3) and Four (4) (and the same projected), of SBOREBART, a Subdivision according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 80, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. II. Those portions of N. E. 7th Ave., and N. E. 8th Ave., lying between the south line of the Southwest Quarter (8*) of the Southeast Quarter (S*) of Seotiom 31, Township 52 South, Range 42 East, and the said line drawn 37.8 feet south of and parallel to the south line of said Blocks 3 and 4, in said Subdivision of SHOMMURT. All streets, alleys and ways not above desoribed, show by the above designated Plat of SHORRMT, a Subdivision, and shown by the Plat of KENNEDY'S FIRST SUBDIVISION OF BISCA=# as recorded in Plat Book 39 at Page 144, of the Public Records of said County. IV* That part of east Railroad Avenue, lying north of a line drawn 60 feet north of and parallel to the north line ( and the amp projected) of Blocks 166 and 170, MIAMI SHORES, Section '89 according to the Plat re- corded in Plat Book 1419 at Page 33, of the Public Records of said County, also those parts of Northeast 100th Street (or Gordon Drive) and Northeast 10th Aveme, according to *said plat, lying north of said line drag as afore- said,, and lying between the east line of said Tenth Avenue and the Florida East Coast Railroad right-of-nay. V. All streets, alleys and nays not above described, shown by the Plat of GED. M. PHIPMIS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 13, at page 25, of the Public Records of said County# Vi. Those parts of N. Hd 101st St., 102nd St.9 and 103rd St., lying between the nest, or northwest 11ne'of Biscayne Boulevard, or U. S. Highway #4 and the Northeast Qaarter (NFAV of the Northeast Quarter (NERV of Section 61, Township 53 South, Range 42 East; and that part of N. E. 100th Street lying between the Westerly or Northwesterly line of said Biscayne Boulevard or said Highway and the east line of said N. Be 10th Avenue. VII. Also the alleys in Blocks ln9 1.22, 1739 of MIAMI SHORES, Section S9 a subdivision, as shown by the Plat, recorded in Plat Book 14, page 83, Public Records of said county. VIII. All other streets, alleys and ways within the exterior boundaries of the lends shown as Miami Shores Groff and Country Club on the plat prepared by John P. Be Ellis, filed with Works Progress Administration and on file in the Village office. 2� STI©R Mi That each of said described streets, alleys and wars is vacated and discont3,nued separately and independently of the other streets, alleys and ways above described.
