AN ORDINANCE CLOSING TO THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE
PASSAGE THAT PART OF NORTHEAST NINETIETH STREET
(DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF ASBURY PARK, RECORD-
ED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 1105, AS TURNER AVENUE)
LYING WEST OF BI86AYNE BOULEVARD; SAID PART OF
SAID NORTHEAST NINETIETH STREET IS BOUNDED NORTH
BY-THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT FIFTEEN (15) OF ASBURY
PARK, EAST BY THE WESTERLY LINE OF BISCAYNE
BOULEVARD, SOUTH BY THE NORTH LINE OF LOT SIXTEEN
ARTHEAST
6) OF ASBURY PARK AND PEST BY THE EAST LINE OF
SIXTH AVENUE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
f SECTION 1. That that part of Northeast Ninetieth Street
(designated on the plat of Asbury Park, recorded in Plat Book 4, page
110, as Turner Avenue) lying West of Biscayne Boulevard; said part of
said Northeast Ninetieth Street is bounded north by the south line of
Lot Fifteen (15) . of Asbury Park, East by the Westerly line of Biscayne
Boulevard, south by the North line of Lot Sixteen (16) of Asbury Park
and west by the east line of Northeast Sixth Avenue, be, and the same
is hereby closed to the public and private passage or any other use
whatsoever as thoroughfares by the public from and after the effective
date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. Each word, phrase, sentence or section of this
ordinance shall be severable and the invalidity of any word, phrase,
sentence or section shall in no way or degree impair any other part
or parts thereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
