AN ORDINANCE FOR THEIPPOINTMENT OF TWO ELECTION
J'dbGES 'WHO WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK SHALL CONSTITUTE
AND BE THE ELECTION BOARD AND SHALL CONDUCT THE
ELECTION CALLED FOR MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ON JUNE
21!, 195;F, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS GOVERNING
THE VILLAGE ELECTIONS.,, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
TO- EXIST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
SECTION 1. The Council having determined the qualifications

and each of them are hereby appointed
as election judges of the regular election to be held in.Miami Shores
Village on June 2 " 4, to elect
l., 193 hree members of the Village Council
to succeed Frank 0. Pruitt, John J Lindsey and F. Scott Kitson.
SECTION 2. Each word, phrase, sentence or section of this
ordinance shall be severable and the invalidity of any word,, phrase,,
sentence or section shall in no way or degree impair any other part
or parts thereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That an emergency exists for the protection of
the public welfare, life and property.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage.
