O-32-35 MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE 32 �AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.4 OF MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDINANCE #11: ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE VILLAGE AS TO USES OF LANDS AND BUILDINGS AND RELATING TO INTERPRE- TATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE ORDINANCERp BY EXCLUDING CER- TAIN PROPERTY FROM SAID ZONE AND MAKING SAID PROPERTY SO . , EXCLUDED A PART OF AND SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS AND PRO' VISIONS OF ZONE 3 AS PROVIDED IN MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE ORDI- NANCE #11 AS AFORESAID. BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE: SECTION 1. That Section 3.4 of Miami Shores Village Ordinance #11 entitled: IlAn Ordinance Zoning the Village as to Uses o f Lands and Buildings and Relating to Interpretation and Enforcement of the. Ordi-' nance" wherein and whereby certain property is described as Zone' 4., of said Village, be., and the same is hereby amended as follows: Zone 4 shall comprise the territory bounded on the� north by the south line of Northeast Ninety-ninth Street, on the east by the east line of lots 10, 11, 12., 130 14, 15,, Block 29,; lots 10., 11., 12., 132 14, Block 30; Lots 10, 11., 12, 132 14, Block 81; Lots 10, 110 12., 132 140 Block 32, respectively., all in Miami Shores, a subdivision as per plat Book 10, pages 36 to 39., Public Records of Dade County,, Florida,, on the south by north line of Northeast Ninety-fifth Street,, on the west by west line of lots 1, 2p 3p 40 5.. and 6. Block 20; lots 1. 2j 30 4$ 50 Block 19; lots 1, 2., 3., 4,, " 5., Block 18; lots 1. 2., 30 4p 5. Block 17, all in Miami Shoresp a subdivision as per plat Book 10, pages 36 to '39,, Public Records of Dade County, Florida. SECTION 2. That the land, property, restrictio ns, terms and provisions as contained in said Section 3.4 of said Miami Shores Village Ordinance #11, pertaining to said Zone 4 not altered or changed hereby, shall remain -in full force and effect, anything� contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding. SECTION 3.
