AN ORDINANCE UCATING A CERTAIN STREET OR WAY CROSSING TEIM
FLORIDA PAST COLST WLWAY AT OLD BISCAYNE STATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE:
Section le That the certain street or way hereinafter described
is hereby vacateds, abandoned and closed, to-wit:
The street or way crossing the Florida East Coast Railwayp
approximately at right angles theretop at old Biscayne
Station) which street or way extends between West Railroad
Avenue on the west and the old county road on the east and
runs southeasterly from the eastern terminus of a street
shown as located between blocks 1 and 2 of Kennedy's Bis-
cayne No. 1) a subdivision according to plat book 3,, at page
144 of the public records of Dade County, Florida and as shown
by map approved by the Director of Public Service of the City
of Miami) dated January 1928, said dividing street being also
shown 'as OSecond Street" in said subdivision according to
G. M. Hopkins & Company plat of Miami2 dated 19259
Section 2. The Village Manager is authorized and directed
to erect such barriers and post such notices as may be necessary and proper
to effectuate the closing of said street or way.
Secti,qn 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and
