BE IT ORDAINED BY MUM SHORES VILLAGE:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. rJ passed and adopted by the Coun-
oil of Miami Shores Village on theqL�ay of March, 1932, entitled "An
Ordinance IMosing Occapational License Taxes and Relating to Licenses
and Enforcement Thereof 0 be and the same is hereby amended and supple-
mented by adding next after sub-section 1.49 thereof, a now sub-sectiong
nmbered and reading as follows:
. 1.49 a TOURIST CAMPS
Containing ten or fewer cottages or houses
Containing fifteen or fewer cottages or Z r/k-)
houses aach
Containing twenty or fewer cottages or
houses 2- 0 acia
Containing more than twenty. cottages or
houses, the tax for camps containing
twenty houses or cottages and $—
for each additional cottage or housee
SECTION 2. All the provisions of said Ordinance No..L—SWI apply
to the new sub-sectiom hereby added thereto except that it shall be unlawful
to conduct or operate a tourist camp without a license, only after ten days
from the effective date of this amending ordinance.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publi-
