Malatak, Plan Administrator Lisa Keeley, Recording Secretary At the request of Chairman Davis, Ofc. Richard Jessup and his representative, Larry Jessup spoke to the Board concerning a possible discrepancy in the actuarial DROP calculation prepared by the plan actuary, Gabriel Roeder Smith and Company. It is believed that due to additional benefits provided in the PBA contract with a retroactive effective date of October 1, 2004, Ofc. A revised discount actuary table was requested to be provided to ensure that the proper table was being used. Additionally, should the correct table have been used for Ofc. Jessup's calculation, then any subsequent benefit calculations for retirees separated after October 1, 2004, should be checked to ensure the correct table was used as well. 3.
