B-2 Restaurants
A general discussion of the Board to allow outdoor eating facilities. There
was discussion as to the restrictions to seating, parking and the consumption
of beer and wine on the premises. Further discussion followed and it was
decided that a meeting with the Village Attorney would be in order for the
proper wording for a new ordinance.
Trash Enclosures
This was discussed, and the Board withheld any decisions.
Parking
A general discussion by the Board to increase parking facilities in the
downtown area. The possibility of a more than one story parking facility
was mentioned.
• Expansion of the Downtown Area from 93rd St. to 103rd St.
This was discussed in detail as to what would be the disadvantage to the
property owner. For example; if the property was re -zoned to a Professional

Unification of Downtown Store Fronts
This possibility was discussed and the Board suggested to consider the
assistance of a professional planner/architect that could render new suggest-
ions as to the further development of downtown through such things as
signs, store fronts, and awnings.
The overall consensus of the Board was to submit a report to Council with
regard to the changes that they feel will be constructive to the revising
of the ordinances.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
