2. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF PLANS FOR FLAT ROOF ADDITION
WILLIAM T. GREENWELL, 1006 N.E. 97 STREET
This request for flat roof addition complies in
all respects to criteria set forth in zoning code. It

seconded by Mr. O'Connor and carried unanimously.
3. DISCUSSION - AMENDMENT TO SECTION 518
PROHIBITING DOUBLE FENCING
Mr. LuBien noted that items 3 and 4 are on the agenda
at the request of the Code Enforcement Board. Facts behind
a recent case of existing 4' chain link fence and 6' wood fence,
constructed without a permit, and with framework toward neighbor
were reviewed by Mr. LuBien. Growth between chain link fence and
wood fence is not in control due to double fencing.
- 2 - January 13, 1983
Following discussion, the Board felt there was
no necessity for action on this item inasmuch as this
could be controlled at the time a permit is issued by
Code. Enforcement Director. If structure is in violation,
the usual ad-thinistrative procedure should be followed.

and decision noted in item 3 applies.
