Hoefle A correction was made to Page 3. of the minutes of the meeting of June 1, 1967, to indicate that the motion to approve the plan submitted failed to carry by a 2/2 vote with Messrs. Moyer and McIntosh dissenting (instead of 1/3 as written). Mr. Arnold then moved that the minutes as corrected be approved. Motion was seconded by Mr. Moyer and passed. (1) A request was made by Mr. Harry M. Burt, principal owner of the unimproved property on N. E. 105th Street immediately west of the Janis Corp. property, for permit to build town houses on this land. This land is presently zoned for apartments. Mr. Craig Burton and Mr. Ernest A. Jones, Realtor, were present representing the owner. Mr. Burton stated that although he is connected with the Janis Corp. , they do not have any interest in this property, that he is here tonight representing Mr. Burt as a member of the family. An architect's rendering was presented showing three groups of town houses on the south side of 105th Street with parking in islands in front of the homes. Mr. Jones discussed some of the tentative plans for sewer disposal, size of apartments, approximate cost, beautification, etc. He stated Mr. Burt will not be the builder. As the result of a previous inquiry on town houses the Village Attorney advised that the zoning ordinance would have to be amended to permit this type of multiple family dwelling. Therefore, a public hearing is required. Mr. Arnold moved that the public hearing be set for June 26, 1967. Motion was seconded by Mr. McIntosh and passed unanimously. This will be held at the County Club at 8:00 P.M. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P. M. Clerk Approve ( -_1 Chairman
