04-14-1966 Regular MeetingMIAMI SHORES VILLAGE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING April 14, 1966 A regular meeting of the Miami Shores Planning and Zoning Board was held at 7:30 P. M. , April 14, 1966, at the Village Hall, with the follow- ing members present: Mr. Thomas B. Baden, Chairman Mr. M. B. Arnold Mr. Gordon H. Moyer, Jr. Absent: Mr. Emrys C. Harris Mr. Donald W. Hoefle Mr. William R. Bradford, Building and Zoning Director, was also present. Minutes of the last meeting were approved as written by motion made by Mr. Arnold, seconded by Mr. Moyer and passed unanimously. (1) Plans were re -submitted for a house to be constructed by the new owner, Mr. Phillip Porreca, of Lot 22, Block 49, Miami Shores Sub. This is the 50 ft. lot immediately east of 469 N. E. 91st Street. After discussion Mr. Arnold moved that approval be recommended for a house to be built on this lot with the definite understanding that detail plans and specifications come back before the Planning Board. Motion was seconded by Mr. Moyer and passed unanimously. (2) Plans were re -submitted for a house to be constructed by the new owner, Mr. Francis V. Quatraro, of Lot 20, Block 49, Miami Shores Sub. This is the 50 ft. lot immediately west of 469 N. E. 91st Street. Mr. Moyer moved that the Board approve request for permit providing plans and specifications are brought back to the Planning Board for final approval. Motion was seconded by Mr. Arnold and passed unanimously. (3) Permit was requested for a 4 x 6 ft. sign to be erected on the existing cantilever above the Bayshore Radio & TV store at 9536 N. E. 2nd Ave. The Building Inspector reported that the ordinance did not permit signs on this cantilever but that othar signs had been erected on it. As to size, the sign is within the area permitted. Mr. Arnold moved that it be approved. Motion was seconded by Mr. Moyer and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:50 P. M. Chairman
