Mr. Schmidt explained that the appearance of the adjoining property is depreciating his property so that he cannot sell it and, therefore, he would like to extend reed fencing three feet above the existing 5 -ft. wall. It was brought out that the adjoining owner removed part of a porch to make a clear 50 ft. of vacant property to sell which Mr. Schmidt bought. It was also mentioned that the former owners did not maintain a setback on theirAo iarttThe new home is within ten feet of their home. The owners of the property which Mr. Schmidt complained about, Mr. and Mrs. Boutzilo, have never finished the side of their house from which the porch was removed.
