E. 99th St., Lots 22 and 23, Block 9, to make an addition to his home by joining the main house with an accessory building, formerly a garage. However, inasmuch as the garage has only a five foot setback from the alley, it will bring part of the main house to within five feet of the alley. After discussion Mr. Jones moved that the Planning Board approve the request due to the fact that the original garage on the alley was built before the ordinance was in effect. Motionw'as seconded by Col. Burke and passed unanimously.
