MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE PENSION BOARD
MEETING
A meeting of the Miami Shores Village Pension Board was held on
Tuesday, January 30, 1973 at 8:00 a.m. in Uncle John's Pancake House,
Biscayne Boulevard, Miami Shores, Florida.
The following were present:
John W. Mc Intyre
Michael Franco
Mrs. Marj®rie Dunn
Gerald Mc Farlin
Wayne Thurman
Dean Miller
Absents
Mayor Elwood Jones
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Mrs. Dunn was asked to chair the meeting in the absence of
Mayor Jones.
A motion was made by Mr. Franco and seconded by Mr. Mc Intyre
that the certification giving James Dillard a monthly retirement income
in the amount of $303.90 for life be approved. The motion passed
unanimously. Copies o± the application and certification are made a
part of these minutes.
The meeting adjourned at about 9:00 a.m.

the monthly late retirement income payable to James Dillard is $303.90. The first
payment is due on February 1, 1973 with subsequent payments due on the first day of
each succeeding month and the last payment being the payment due in the month in
which death occurs.
