MIAMI SHORES VILLAGE PENSION BOARD
MEETING
A meeting of the Miami Shores Village Pension Board was held on
Tuesdr, January, 3, 1973 at 8:00 a. m. in Uncle Johnts Pancake House,
Biscayne Boulevard., Miami Shores, Florida.
The following were present:
Mayor Elwood Jones
John W. McIntyre
Michael Franco
Mrs. Marjorie Dunn
Gerald McFarlin
Wayne Thurman
Absent:
Dean Miller
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
A motion was made by Mr. Franco to rescind the action of the
pension board meeting held on Nov. 28th regarding the pension application
of Graydy Pendleton, and reapprove Mr. Pendleton's pension application,
to become effective on March 1, 1973, instead. The motion was seconded
by Mrs. Dunn, and passed unanimously.
It was clarly understood that this action by the pension
board was in no way to be construed as setting any form of precedent.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 a. m.

Based on information supplied by the Village and the provisions of the plan,
the monthly late retirement income payable to James Dillard is $303.90. The first
payment is due on February 1, 1973 with subsequent payments due on the first day of
each succeeding month and the last payment being the payment due in the month in
which death occurs.
